This bag was commissioned as an anniversary present, using veg-tanned leather, and the hand-tooled central design was based upon the recipient’s love of the Pheonix. The wings were kept stylised and the spaces between were also worked to also create the impression of flames. The internal space of the bag was kept open, and a small pouch added for a phone. The strap was also tooled with flowers along the entire length. The toggle was made from Water Buffalo horn.

Once all the tooling had been done, the bag was stained with a water-based finish, and coated with a waterproof/sealant to help keep the weather out. It was then stitched with leather thong.
